Redevelopment Wind Down Services

With the dissolution of redevelopment, successor agencies across California are required to submit a Long-Range Property Management Plan (LRPMP) that addresses the disposition and use of the real properties of the former redevelopment agency.

Plans must include an inventory of all properties in the Community Redevelopment Property Trust Fund and address the use or disposition all such properties moving forward.

Our full service approach includes step-by-step guidance through the wind down process. The extensive knowledge set of our team members ensures that the work is done right the first time. You can rest easy knowing that your successor agency is in good hands.
